Ichiban in Mineral Wells

Very good food & excellent service. My suggestion is to get an appetizer & split an entree.

We always get a super crunchy roll, general Tzo chicken and fried rice with onion soup. It's my favorite place to go for a date night out.

Great soup! Great wontons! Delicious sushi roll and topped it with green tea fried ice cream! And we didn't break the bank 🤘🏼 Atmosphere was dark but relaxing. Suede seat covers needed cleaning or off altogether but enjoyed the friendliness.

Going to Ichiban is a consistently pleasurable experience. The quality of the sushi keeps us coming back. I happily travel 45 minutes to eat here for special occasions. The servers are friendly and attentive. The sushi is a work of art and each of the many rolls I have tried provides a tantalizing experience for the taste buds. The combinations are inventive and flavorful, precluding the need for soy sauce. There are many options, from budget conscious to more extravagant. Highly recommended for sushi lovers!

Chaos! The prices are high and food isn't that great. My server added 2 other tables to my ticket so I had to argue that there was no way 2 people consumed over $300 in food.

Food was good but they gave me an order of sushi I did not order.

Wife says beef egg rolls were amazing. Crab rangoon was great. Portion sizes were plentiful. Wife's single order took three boxes.

Giving this place 2 stars was difficult. I have a hard time being "mean" when I think about folks getting up every day and doing their jobs. But this place was pretty awful. We spent a few days in Mineral Wells to visit some of the surrounding parks. But this was small town Texas where dining options are overwhelmingly limited to fast food, BBQ, and "Tex-Mex". We were ecstatic to see an Asian-Fusion restaurant in town and incredibly disappointed when we visited it for lunch one day. The blinds were pulled tight over every window making the dining room feel like a cave. The service wasn't horrible, it was almost non-existant. And the food was dreadful. On top of that, we were charged over $45 for 2 "lunch specials". It's hard to find something good in our experience at this restaurant.

We when arrived, there was only 4 other people in the restaurant. It took at least 10 minutes to receive menus. Another 10 to place our order. We got our sushi after our salad and soup. There was a tiny sliver of avocado in my avocado roll. The rest was rice. We then proceeded to wait another 20 minutes for our hibachi meals, which were ice cold. At no time did our waitress check with us to see if our food was ok. I sat with an empty water glass for 10 minutes . We finally get the check only to discover they autocharged us a tip. For a party of 4! Outrageous considering the service was deplorable. Avoid this place if you want hot food or any kind of attention from the wait staff.

The menu has a huge variety, from sushi and sashimi to udon and pot stickers. I've been several times and each time the service is fast and extremely friendly. Pricing really depends on what you order, but overall its extremely reasonable for the quality you receive! Would definitely recommend!

Oh my goodness this place is good! My favorite Asian joint in town! Get there quick and have a meal! It is the real deal. Wish they had one in Weatherford too. Please open another store!

This place used to be so good and awesome friendly service.We drive from Graham.Although today was the worst experience my wife and I ever seen First off the waitress was upset when we wanted to sit on a booth. She rolls her eyes! And it just got worse. The food was bland. No thrill here no more. Waste of drive and $$$.

Tried the orange chicken.. WOW!! Best I've ever had, crunchy and full of flavor.. i will order that again . Fast friendly service.. very nice staff.. great place good price big serving..

Delicious sushi and quick and friendly! If you like sushi, this is the place to go. Fairly priced for sushi as well. My fiancé and I had the edamame, Golden dragon roll, Flying tiger roll and the Tropical roll. SO YUMMY!

Sushi doesn’t taste good here. Maybe some of their other stuff is good but the sushi is not. They also charge a 4% credit and debit card fee

My orange chicken was full of nickel size pieces of orange rind. Picture attached. I have had orange chicken many times and never experienced it like this. I could barely eat it without biting into a piece of rind. It absolutely ruins the dish. Gross! If you go here do not eat the orange chicken. **Note to management. A large piece of rind will have the same effect but will be easily avoidable.
